Reservation Requests: Members may avail themselves of holiday stays by submitting a formal reservation request to GGR RESORTS INDIA (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. In the case of joint applicants, all requests for holiday bookings will be entertained exclusively from the Principal Member.
Booking Priority: All holiday reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings are subject to membership eligibility and resort availability. The reservation window remains open for 45 days, contingent upon current occupancy and availability.
Carry Forward Policy: Members are permitted to carry forward any remaining balance nights to the following membership year.
Flexible Stays: Members maintain the flexibility to split their allotted nights across multiple stays according to their preference.
Gifting Privilege: Members are entitled to gift their nights to any individual of their choice once per calendar year.

- Nature of Fees: These charges are established as a one-time enrollment and administrative fee and are not considered a refundable deposit. This policy remains in effect regardless of the extent of service utilization or whether the membership benefits are actively used by the member.
